In my professional journey, I have had the privilege of contributing to various renowned organizations, each experience shaping my expertise and perspective. My corporate tenure includes roles in Finance, Strategy, Operation, Customer Care and Business Consulting, where I provided strategic guidance to companies seeking to optimize their business operations and financial performance. My educational background is diverse, with qualifications such as a Cost & Management Accountant (ICMAI-CMA), an MBA with a specialization in Operations & Technology, and further expertise in Predictive Business Analytics from Northwestern University, USA, Certified Corporate Director under the seal of IOD (Institute of Directors – Building Tomorrow’s Boards) and Global Career Counselor Certification from UCLA and Univariety.

Through these experiences and qualifications, I have cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of the business world and the critical skills required for success in today's competitive job market. Now, at Samarth Empowring Minds Association an NGO, working on students’ “Employability”, connected to colleges and corporate world. I am excited to share this knowledge and guide college students toward a future filled with opportunities, whether they aspire to secure better job placements or explore entrepreneurship as a viable career choice.
